As a Product Experience Manager (PXM), you will play a key role in the entire lifecycle of our EdTech solutions: analyzing requirements, maintaining the product backlog, working closely with our DevOps team to deliver high-quality products, supporting testing and go-live, and ensuring ongoing service and support for continuous value creation.

Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between Eummena and our clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve and evolve products to meet client needs
- Contribute to product leadership at Eummena
- Work with the Business Development team to maximize client value and align solutions
Must Have
- Must be authorized to work in Belgium. No visa sponsorship available.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders, peer and leadership
- Familiarity with Moodle or other Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Understand user journeys and course design
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Practical, organized and proactive mindset
- Time management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Interest in educational technology
- Excellent English (spoken and written)
- Academic background in business administration, software engineering, computer science, education, or a related field
Nice to have
- Experience in project managing
- Proficiency in Dutch, French or Arabic is a strong plus
- Familiarity in agile methodologies
